Founder, Lynda Palmer, has combined her deep knowledge of marketing with her understanding of the equestrian market. She has spent over 20 years as a marketing strategist, advising large corporate clients such as Lexus and Toyota, as well as small and medium sized companies both in and out of the equestrian industry. She understands how to develop programs that get results. As a marketing professor at Pepperdine University, she remains in the forefront of new and innovative marketing approaches and brings this expertise to her clients.

In addition to her marketing background, Lynda has been an avid rider for decades. She was a Pony Clubber and also competed in the hunter/jumper circuit as a junior. As an adult rider, she reentered the show arena both as a competitor and a mother of a junior rider. She is now a competitive dressage rider. Lynda not only understands the equestrian market, but also has easy access to the demographics in multiple disciplines.
